Special Information for Our Clients

• Arriving for Appointments: We encourage all of our clients to arrive at least 10 minutes early for their appointment, in order to allow time to unwind and have a beverage before your service. Starting your appointment on time allows you to receive a relaxing, leisurely service. We cannot guarantee that all services will be completed for late arrivals. See Cancellation and No Show Policy information below for late-arrivals.
• Confirmation Calls: We make every attempt to call and confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance. However, we offer confirmations as a courtesy, and the salon is not responsible for unconfirmed, missed appointment.
• Rescheduling: We recommend you schedule your return services prior to leaving the salon so you may enjoy the most optimum scheduling convenience.
• Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for alternate products or an in-store credit within 7 days. Brushes and Hot Tools are non-refundable.
• Gift Certificates are non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates must be present at the time of service.
• Payments: We gladly accept cash, checks, and Visa or MasterCard.
• Children: We value and respect the time and experience of each of our clients; therefore we ask that you please leave children at home during your visit, unless they are receiving a service.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

• Cancellations: We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Advanced notice will help us utilize our technicians’ availability and accommodate our clients’ needs.
• No Shows: If you miss your appointment and do not give us proper notice, you will be charged a “NO SHOW FEE” of 20% of the scheduled appointment. It is a small amount that will help us cover our losses.
• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be accommodated, when possible. It may be necessary to cancel part of the scheduled service. There will be a 20% service fee, if a service must be cancelled due to a late arrival.

Frames supplies us with a product that guarantees the quality of effective service, while strictly observing hair structure. With Italian Style Frames color, we are able to provide our clients with the most fashionable and up-to-date looks, emerging from Italy, the fashion capital of the world.

The spa performs their signature facials using the Repechage Skincare line. Repechage uses the age-old tradition of European skincare with a healthy dose of American ingenuity; the result, a line that works for intensive anti-aging, sensitive, dry, oily and combination skin conditions, anti-acne, intensive anti-cellulite, daily body care and hand and foot care. We also feature Jan Marini Skincare products for your at home use. Jan Marini Skin Research is a medically based skincare line that will improve or resolve common conditions including the appearance of sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles, acne, acne scarring, skin discoloration and rosacea.
